Dispatch of order and delivery time
Berchia ships all orders placed before 12:00 CET on the same day, orders placed after that will be sent the next working day. Our team will pack and send your products so you recieve them as fast as possible.

Our delivery methods are as following:

  • Postnord (FASTEST)

  • DAO

Free Shipping for purchases over €100

During busy periods, such as Black Friday, Cyber ​​Monday, Christmas shopping and January sales, longer delivery times may occur.


Order confirmation
When we have received your order, you will shortly after receive an order confirmation per mail. It can take up to 2 hours before you receive an order confirmation.


Track & Trace
When our team has packed your order, you will be sent a message with the track & trace number where you can track your package.

 

Be aware that it may take a few hours before you can track it, as the package just needs to be registered with the carrier.


Entered the wrong address?
If you have mistakenly entered the wrong information in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@berchia.dk . It is basically your own responsibility to enter the correct delivery information - but we will of course do everything we can to get the error corrected.


Others
In rare cases, delays can occur in connection with the carrier and as soon as we have handed over the product to the supplier, it is unfortunately out of our hands, which is why we cannot do much in many cases. But of course we will do everything we can to find out what happened to your order. During holidays and public holidays, there may be delays in the package in connection with busyness.

If there is no space at the drop-off point, the package will be moved to the nearest drop-off point, of which you will be notified. If problems arise, contact customer service.

ATTENTION if you wish to return the item/s, contact as soon as possible, as you cannot just refuse to do so without contacting us.
